2) Ordering & Payment

- Please review recipient details carefully (name, address, phone, delivery notes).
- We may contact you if we need to clarify delivery information.
3) Substitutions & Availability
Flowers are natural and seasonal. If an exact flower, color, or container is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value, keeping the overall look and feel.
During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays), substitutions may be more common due to high demand.
4) Delivery Policy
