Delivery times are estimates unless a timed-delivery option is selected and confirmed.
1) Delivery Areas
We deliver to supported locations shown at checkout. If a location is not serviceable, it will be unavailable during checkout.
2) Delivery Windows
- Standard deliveries arrive within the day’s delivery window.
- Some dates may have limited availability due to high demand.
- Weather and local conditions may cause delays.
3) Address & Recipient Responsibility
- Please ensure the address and phone number are correct.
- Incorrect/insufficient addresses may result in delays, extra charges, or non-delivery.
- If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be left in a safe place when possible.
4) Special Instructions
You can add delivery notes at checkout (gate codes, call-on-arrival, office drop-off, etc.). Notes help, but cannot guarantee access.
5) Order Tracking
If you provide an email and order number, you can check status on the “My Orders” area (if enabled on your site) or contact support for updates.
