Fresh flowers are perishable. If there’s an issue, contact us quickly so we can make it right.
1) Quality Concerns
If your flowers arrive damaged or below expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos whenever possible.
2) Non-Delivery
If an order does not arrive, we will investigate delivery details and courier status.
- If it’s our fault, we may re-send or refund as appropriate.
- If the address is incorrect or recipient unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.
3) Cancellations
If you need to cancel or edit an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is in preparation or out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
4) Refund Decisions
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the situation. We may also offer:
- A replacement arrangement
- A store credit (if you prefer)
- A partial refund for minor issues
